Overview
Initiatives represent strategic initiatives — but their execution often happens in tools like Jira or Linear. Monoscope’s work integrations let you connect these systems directly to your initiatives, keeping the why, what, and how all in one view.
By linking projects, epics, or tickets, teams can easily move between strategic context and real progress — without manual status updates or duplicate tracking.
How It Works
Monoscope connects to your work tools through OAuth. Once authorized, you can:
- Search and link Linear issues or projects
- View linked items directly inside a initiative, complete with titles, owners, and statuses
This creates a seamless bridge between strategy and execution.
Monoscope does not edit your tasks. It references issue metadata via secure API — respecting your project tool’s permissions.

Supported Platforms
Adding Work Items to Initiatives
1. Connect an Integration
From Integrations, connect your Linear account via OAuth.
2. Open a Initiative
Go to the initiative you want to connect execution work to.
3. Add Work
Click Add Work, then choose Linear.
4. Search
Use the search field to find your issue, epic, or project. You can filter by title, project, or key.
5. Select & Save
Choose the relevant items — they’ll appear under the initiative’s Work section with platform icons, status, and assignees.
Permissions
Monoscope fully respects your Jira or Linear project permissions. If a teammate can’t open a linked issue, they’ll need access in the external tool.
